Smoked olive oil, made with Arbequina olives. The smoking is done following the traditional method of the Extremadura region of "La Vera". Prepared by La Chinata in Cáceres. The smoke adds nuances to the olive oil that will enhance the flavor of many recipes.
The production of this smoked olive oil is limited, with each bottle individually numbered.
